Pumpkin cake with a bit of cinnamon and cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 cups Flour
1 2/3 cups Sugar
16 oz Pumpkin can
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
8 oz Cream Cheese package
1/2 cup Butter softened
1 teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla
1/2 Confectionery Sugar

Directions:

1. For Bars: Beat eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin until fluffy.

2. Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda into the pumpkin mix.

3. Spread into jelly roll (15 x 10) pan.

4. Bake at 530 F for 25-30 mins. Let cool for at least 2 hours before frosting.

5. For Frosting: Wait until ready to frost bars to make.

6. Mix together until smooth.
