Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F Combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl, then set aside.2. In a separate large bowl, cream together butter, granular sugar, and brown sugar.3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Slowly add in dry ingredients.4. Stir in pumpkin puree then add chocolate chips.5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
