Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves (optional)
3 Eggs room temp
3 Cups Flour all purpose
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (up to 1)
Cup Salad Oil to taste
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda in milk
2 Cups Sugar unrefined
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated
16 Ounces Canned Pumpkin

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F Grease well, two 9x5" loaf pans.

2. In large bowl, with fork, mix flour and next seven ingredients.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until blended.

4. Turn batter into pans. Bake one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
