Better than your Grandma's pumpkin bread! The pumpkin in this bread makes it stay moist, it's a sweet, nutty, rich bread perfect for the fall.

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups Flour Sifted
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
3 cups Sugar
1 cup Pecan
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Canned Pumpkin
1 cup Butter
2/3 cup Water
2 tablespoons Butter Melted
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

1. Sift dry ingredients into large mixer bowl.

2. Quickly add all remaining ingredients. Mix only until dry ingredients are moist.

3. Bake in 2 greased 9x5x3-inch pans in preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.

4. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.

5. While warm brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
