Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
3/4 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 tablespoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 lbs Apples
3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 deg F Cut apples into slices Mix all ingredients in a bowl Place ingredients into a crust Cut thematic word out of dough to place on top of covered pie Cook for 15 minutes at 425 deg F Lower oven temperature to 375 deg F for 40 - 45 min
