1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste
1 1/2 Cups Oats * see note
6 Tablespoons Canola Oil divided
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Ground
1/2 Cup Skim Milk plus
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (up to 1)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla (up to 5)
1 1/2 Cups Raisins (up to 2)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda level - dissol ved in milk
3/4 Cup Honey or sugar
1 Orange with rind
1 Cup Flour whole wheat

Directions:

1. Grind orange in blender or processor.

2. Add oil, honey, milk, and vanilla; blend. Combine remaining ingredients and add to orange mix.
