Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Cups Fresh Raspberries candied
1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Water (3fl oz)
1 Cup Flour all purpose
1/2 Cup Milk cold
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla ;
1 1/2 Cups Sugar unrefined
1/4 Cup Margarine at room temperature

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F Line an 8 inch or 9 inch square baking dish with raspberries.

2. Make batter by mixing margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, milk,flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

3. Pour batter over fruit and spread evenly. Mix remaining sugar and water.

4. Pour over batter. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or whipped cream.
