1 Cup Bread Crumbs seasoned
1/3 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Eggs slightly beaten
2 Pounds Red Snapper skinless
1 Cup Macadamia Nut chop fine
1 Cup Pecan chop fine

1. Cut fish into serving size portions.

2. Add salt/pepper tp taste. Combine nuts and crumbs.

3. Dust fish with flour. dredge in egg then in crumb and nut mixture.

4. Saute in olive oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
