Directions:
1. Cook peas according to directions, drain well and hold aside.2. In heavy sauce pan saute' onion and parsley with 2/3 of the butter (for about 5 minutes).3. Add rice and continue to saute' for 5 minutes.4. Add water and bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.5. Stir peas, salt and remaining butter into rice.6. Place on a serving dish and add parmesan cheese.
