Rich Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Cocoa powdered
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter cut into small pieces
3 Eggs room temp
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1 1/2 Cups Sugar brown, packed
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla (up to 5)
3/4 Cup Cake Flour sifted

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease and flour pan. 8 by 1 1/2 inches. Mix all ingredients except Whipped Cream and chocolate; spread in pan.

3. Bake about 35 minutes or until top appears dry.

4. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool cake completely.

5. Top with Sweetened Whipped Cream and then shaved chocolate.

6. Refrigerate any remaining cake. Sweetened Whipped Cream Beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 Tbsp granulated or powdered sugar in chilled small bowl until stiff.
