Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sour Cream (8 ozs)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice ;
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1 Tablespoon Sugar brown, packed
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice (large)
1/2 Cup Raisin (up to 2)
2 Cups Cabbage Raw, Shredded
1 Apple Med., Diced, Unpeeled

Directions:

1. Prepare cabbage and apple.

2. Use 1 T lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.

3. Toss cabbage, raisins, and apple. Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.

4. Add sour cream, stir until smooth; add to salad and chill.
