Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Butter room temperature
1/2 Pound Chicken Liver sauteed in butter and drained
5 Ounces Water Chestnuts can finely chopped
8 Slices Bacon fried crisp and crumbled

Directions:

1. Blend the first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor.

2. Stir in the chopped water chestnuts and crumbled bacon.

3. Place in a serving dish, cover and chill overnight.

4. To serve, bring to room temperature for a couple of hours and garnish with the chopped green onion.
