1 Tablespoon Butter softened
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1 Egg whipped

Directions:

1. Mix yogurt, egg and butter.

2. Combine flour and baking soda and stir into yogurt mixture.

3. Cook on hot, lightly buttered griddle until golden. Makes 4 pancakes.

4. Serve these unusual 'cakes with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt garnish with fresh berries.
