Sage and Garlic Flatbread

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
2 Cloves Of Garlic finely minced
1 Egg whipped
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Sage chopped finely

Directions:

1. Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid ingredients.

2. Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough develops.

3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.

4. Pat or roll the dough into a form that is about 1/2-inch thick.

5. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
