Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Pound Sausage bulk
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs * see note
6 Eggs room temp
2 Cups Milk cold
1 1/4 Cups Cheddar Cheese grated(8-oz)
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard (2 oz)

Directions:

1. Saute sausage until it crumbles.

2. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; beat for 2 minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the sausage, breadcrumbs and cheese.

4. Place half of the sausage mixture in a casserole dish.

5. Pour half the egg mixture over the sausage. Add remaining sausage.

6. Add remaining eggs; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
