For a family of four: cook chicken breasts or pork chops or beef sausages, set aside. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and layer into medium roaster. Mix two tins of cream of mushroom soup with one tin of milk. Pour soup over potatoes, top with cooked chicken breasts, pork chops or beef sausages. S&P to taste. Put lid on roaster. Cook in oven, 350 degrees for 1.5 hours until potatoes are done.
