Scallops with Snow Peas

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Arrowroot Powder (or cornstarch)
1 Tablespoon Light Miso
3 Cups Snow Peas trimmed
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper divided
1/3 Pound Scallop up to 12 (U 10)
3 Tablespoons Safflower Oil ;
1/4 Cup Water (you may need more)
2 Cloves Of Garlic crushed

Directions:

1. Stir-fry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.

2. Remove scallops and garlic. Add snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

3. Add pepper, miso, and arrowroot. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and garlic to pan and heat through.
