Seafood Quiche

This is a quick and easy, yet very elegant, dinner idea. Just add a green salad and French bread for the perfect meal!

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Crab
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Baking Mix
1 1/2 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated Sharp
1 Hot Sauce dash
1/2 cup Butter Melted
1/8 cup Bell Pepper diced Green
1/8 cup Bell Pepper diced Red
1/8 cup Onion diced
1/8 cup Mushroom diced
1/8 cup Celery diced
1 Pie Crust 10-1/2 inch

Directions:

1. Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery in the melted butter.

2. Lightly beat eggs and combine with baking mix, milk, salt, Tabasco sauce and cheese.

3. Add shrimp or crab meat to mixture along with vegetables.

4. Pour into a prepared pie shell and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 minutes.

5. Add an additional 15 minutes if prepared ahead of time.
