Short Ribs and Butter Beans

Ingredients:

1 Bay Leaf
1 Tablespoon Flour sifted, all-purpose
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
1 1/2 Cups Water (you may need more)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar divided
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard (2 oz)
2 Tablespoons Vinegar cider or wine

Directions:

1. Brown meat.

2. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add: Bring ingredients to boil.

3. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

4. Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans.

5. Add beans to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
