Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil vegetable
1 Cup Tomato Juice or veg juice v8
1 Cup Celery diced (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1 Cup Shrimp cooked
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar brown, packed
1 Tablespoon Vinegar cider or wine
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder (up to 2)
1 Onion chopped
1 1/2 Cups Rice cooked

Directions:

1. Saute celery and onion in oil.

2. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, vinegar and tomato juice.

3. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and rice; heat well.
