1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Liquid Smoke opt'l
1/2 Teaspoon Celery Salt to taste 1/4 to 1/2 t ?
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt (I used 1/8 cup garlic powder)
3 Pounds Beef Brisket (up to 4)

1. Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke and seasonings.

2. Wrap well in large piece of aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight if desired.

3. Place wrapped brisket in crock pot; cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours (high 4 to 6 hours).
