Ingredients:

Cup Prepared Mustard
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar firmly packed
1 Cup Cider Vinegar or sweet and sour sauce
2 Tablespoons Butter Or Vegetable, 3 Tbl
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (red) pepper
1 Teaspoon White Pepper divided
1 Teaspoon Pepper Ground
1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce light
1/2 Cup Sugar brown, packed
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (up to 2)
5 Drops Hot Sauce to taste

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except soy and butter in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes Remove from heat.

2. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Use as a basting sauce for BBQ meats or as a condiment when serving grilled pork, beef or chicken.
