1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil for deep frying
1 Tablespoon Ketchup bottle (1 1/3 cups)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Ground
3/4 Teaspoon Sugar brown, packed
1/4 Cup Vinegar cider or wine
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Onion Sliced
2 Cups Lettuce Bite Sized Pieces
2 Cups Spinach Bite Sized Pieces
1/2 Cup Carrot Peeled &
1/2 Cup Cucumber Halved &
1/2 Pound Cooked Ham Cut Into 1/2"
3 Ounces Cream Cheese Cubed, 1 Pk
2 Eggs Hard Cooked, Chopped

1. Combine the lettuce, spinach, green pepper, carrots, cucumber, ham, cream cheese, eggs and onion in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate.

2. Prepare the Oil And Vinegar Dressing; cover and refrigerate.

3. OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING: Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, cover and shake well.

4. Makes 3/4 Cup. TO SERVE: Pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss gently to coat and serve.
