8 Cups Water
6 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Freshly Ground
4 Teaspoons Salt coarse
2 Eggs whites or 1 egg
2 Packages Spinach Chopped defrosted
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese dry curd

1. Drain spinach, and squeeze out liquid.

2. 1/2 t salt, nutmeg,egg, and cheese. Add enough flour to give it a firm texture.

3. From into balls and put on a plate. Chill 30 minutes or more.

4. Combine water and remaining salt. Bring to a ball.

5. Cook the balls 8-10 min. or till they rise to the top.
