Ingredients:

16 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta (16 ounce)
4 Cloves Of Garlic minced (up to 2)
12 Ounces Frozen Spinach defrosted

Directions:

1. A quick and easy dish.

2. Cooked chicken pieces can be added to the skillet with the pasta.

3. Broccoli can be substituted for the spinach. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

4. Drain. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the spinach and the cooked pasta. Mix well, and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring often.
