Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 Egg lightly beaten
1 Clove Of Garlic minced
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Spinach drained
1 Pound Ground Beef (hamburger)

Directions:

1. Chop onion and garlic; fry in oil until clear.

2. In bowl add drained spinach, ground beef, cheese, egg, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.

3. Mix with hands. Form into small balls. Fry until brown.

4. Remove from skillet. In skillet, using drippings add flour to thicken, then add tomato soup, 1 can milk.

5. Stir until mixed well. Return meatballs to sauce. Simmer for 45-60 minutes.
