6 Cups Vegetable Stock plus more as needed for thinning and reheating
1 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil for frying Taro
2 Leeks sliced
2 Tablespoons Tamari to taste
1 Tablespoon Wine Rice Vinegar (to taste)
2 Cloves Of Garlic minced (optional)
1 Carrot sliced very thinly
10 Ounces Fresh Spinach washed &
1/2 Cup Canned Water Chestnut
