Directions:
1. Boil water and slowly add cornmeal.2. Cook 5 minutes or until very thick. Cool til "warm".3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add salt and milk.4. Preheat oven to 350 and preheat wrought iron skillet.5. Melt a couple of tablespoons of bacon fat in pan, add cornmeal mixture and return immediately to oven.6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or til knife comes out clean.
