1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1 Tablespoon Scallion chopped
1 Pound Mushroom medium

1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.

2. Combine stems with Parmesan Cheese and melted margarine and onions.

3. Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
