Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.2. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt to egg mixture.4. Chill dough until firm. Roll dough very thin on floured surface.5. Cut with cookie cutter. Place on a greased cookie sheet.6. Bake until edges are brown. Sprinkle each cookie with small amount of remaining sugar.7. Cool on wire rack. Approximately 12 minutes.
