2 Tablespoons Salt pepper to taste
1 1/2 Cups Vinegar (4%) (1 Tbs)
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper (red) pepper
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar light
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves (up to 6)
2 Tablespoons Horseradish Sauce ;
2 Tablespoons Mustard Seeds crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon stick
1/4 Teaspoon Mace optional
1 Cup Onion finely chopped
1 1/2 Cups Celery finely chopped
1 Apple chopped
1 Quart Ripe Tomato peeled and chopped
