1. Put tahini, lemon juice and spices in a blender.2. Add 1/2 cup water and blend. Continue to drizzle in the water, scraping the sides, until the consistency you want.3. Great over pita bread sandwiches, or use as a dip for vegetables.4. (You may want to leave it a little thicker for dips).
