Directions:
1. Peel and cube potatoes.2. Add diced onion, salt, pepper, and sugar. Reserve in a covered bowl.3. In a small frypan, fry the bacon until crisp.4. Add the vinegar to the hot bacon and bring to a boil.5. Pour immediately over potato mixture, mix well.6. If too tart, add a little more sugar before serving.7.
