6 Peaches peeled and sliced
2 Red Bell Peppers (fresh) chopped
6 Pears peeled, halved, cored, sliced
1 Tablespoon Salt to taste ;
1 1/2 Cups Sugar brown, packed
1 Tablespoon Cloves (up to 6)
2 Green Bell Peppers chopped
6 Onions chopped
1 Tablespoon Allspice ; crushed
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon stick
1 1/2 Cups Vinegar cider or wine
2 Cups Celery Minced
30 Ripe Tomatoes

1. Chop onions, celery, peppers, and fruit.

2. Combine all ingredients. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick.

3. More vinegar and sugar may be added if desired.
