Sweet and Sour Celery

Ingredients:

1 Egg yolk Lg, Beaten
2 Tablespoons Flour sifted, all-purpose
1/4 Cup Sour Cream reg or low fat
1 Cup Water (you may need more)
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
2 Tablespoons Sugar brown, packed
2 Tablespoons Vinegar cider or wine
2 Cups Celery diced

Directions:

1. Cook celery in a little salt water until soft and almost dry.

2. Make a dressing of the egg, flour, sugar, vinegar and water.

3. Bring to a boil and when it thickens add the sour cream.
