2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp if you like
2 Tablespoons Cilantro Ground
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cardamom (optional)
2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds (optional)
3 Tablespoons Garlic Salt (I used 1/8 cup garlic powder)
2 Tablespoons Ginger finely grated
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon if desired

1. Toss bite-sized peeled carrots, potatoes and turnips in baking pan with a little olive oil and Tandoori Spice.

2. Roast in a 400 F oven 35 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle on fish fillets before broiling; on turkey or chicken cutlets before panfrying.
