6 Tablespoons Margarine or butter * softened
3 Cups Ketchup bottle (1 1/3 cups)
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice fresh
6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar divided
3 Onions Finely Chopped,1 small
3 Teaspoons Chili Powder (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Water (up to 8)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce recommended (1-2)
6 Teaspoons Mustard dry or prepared
6 Tablespoons Vinegar cider or wine

1. Chop onion.

2. Saute in margarine until lightly colored. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes makes 7 cups.
