Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla or more; if desired
1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste
1 Egg yolk Lg, Beaten
1/2 Cup Butter Or Vegetable, 3 Tbl
1 Cup Peanut Butter Chunky
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour minus 2 tbs.
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda or less to taste
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F Sift the granulated and brown sugars together.

2. Beat the butter until soft. Add the sifted sugars gradually to the butter until creamy.

3. Beat in the egg, peanut butter, salt and baking soda.

4. Sift the flour before measuring; then add the flour to the batter along with the vanilla.

5. Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on a greased cookie sheet.

6. Press them flat with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.

7. These cookies are rich and crumbly and they taste great.

taste awesome!! I added more flour to the recipe in order for them to firm up though, probably another 1/4 to 1/2 cup
