Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes whole
1 Tablespoon Parsley chopped
2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs Italian
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or lard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (non iodized)
1 Clove Of Garlic crushed
1 Sweet Red Pepper hot red

Directions:

1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and remove seeds.

2. Heat oil in skillet and saute the tomatoes (cut side down) about 3 minutes.

3. Turn and sprinkle with salt and pepper, saute' 3 more minutes.

4. Add garlic and saute till tomatoes are tender.

5. Place tomatoes on a heated serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.

6. Toast bread crumbs till golden in a skillet and sprinkle over tomatoes.
