Ingredients:

1/2 Ounce Butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon Cream
2 Cloves Of Garlic
1/2 Red Onion diced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Can Bell Pepper
1 Can Plum Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Pesto

Directions:

1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and sweat for a while.

2. Add the tinned tomatoes and peppers and season with salt and pepper.

3. Next add the pesto and olive oil and stir until heated thoroughly.

4. Put the mixture into a blender and puree for a few seconds.
