Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil up to 2
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Ground
1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezd
3 Tomatoes cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
8 Ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese cut into 1/4 inch thick slices

1. Arrange tomato and cheese alternately on individual serving plates, overlapping edges.
