Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Teaspoon Garlic minced
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
12 Ounces Fettuccine or
2 1/2 Cups Tomatoes diced
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil chopped

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet.

2. Add tomatoes, basil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and saute for four minutes.

3. Add chicken broth to pot and simmer for two minutes.

4. Mix hot pasta with sauce in skillet and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
