1. Melt 1 package chocolate chips and mix with 2 cups sour cream.
2. Let cool and spread 1/3 cup on each tortilla (layer them).
3. Finish with tortillas. Do not put chocolate on top.
4. Chill. Mix 1 cup sour cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and ice cake.
5. Chill. Before serving, garnish with fruit jam.
6. Keep refrigerated. Flavor improves if allowed to stand 1 to 2 days.
