Fried flour tortillas topped with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and any combination of vegetables you'd like

Ingredients:

1 can Refried Beans
1 lb Ground Beef
1 dash Taco Seasoning
10 Flour Tortillas (fajita or burrito sized)
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Lettuce shredded
1 Tomato diced
1 dash Guacamole
6 oz Sour Cream
2 cups Mexican Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef and drain

2. Add taco seasoning (follow directions on packet)

3. Heat refried beans according to directions on can. (add just a tbsp or so of water to make beans thinner: optional) Keep warm

4. Preheat 2 tbsp of oil on med-hi in skillet

5. Place one tortilla at a time in skillet, fry to golden brown or desired crispiness.

6. Place tortillas on separated paper towels to dry

7. Set tortillas, seasoned beef, beans, and remaining toppings "buffet style" and create your own tostada
