1) Preheat oven to 350. Poke potatoes twice on each side, bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
2)Remove from oven and cut in half long ways. Scoop out pulp leaving about a quarter inch in skin.
3) In bowl mix potato pulp, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and cheese.
4) refill skins with mixture, add salt and pepper to taste.
5) bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
