Delicious, comforting take on an old-fashioned favorite. Great with Christmas Dinner.

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups Macaroni
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean 1 or 2 tsp extract
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 Garlic cloves minced
12 oz Condensed Milk
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Margarine butter or
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Marscapone Cheese dollop

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Boil macaroni until about halfly softened. Drain. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper in medium saucepan. Stir in condensed milk, water, and butter. Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the inside to the sauce. Add minced garlic. Cook over medium-heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in all of the cheeses until melted. Add macaroni; mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with extra cheddar cheese.
