2. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes; mix lightly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

4. Burgers: Combine all burger ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
5. transfer to a food processor and pulse briefly to form a meal-like consistency.
6. Form into 12 patties. Grill on a well-oiled vegetable grill, saute for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until brown.

Prep Time = 25 Min?!! I think not! Just from reading the recipe I disagree!!! I guess maybe if you take away the 4 hours that flavors combine... and assume that all of your ingredients are already prepped accordingly (i.e.: cooked, shredded, minced, etc.)... MAYBE then 15 min. Otherwise, this recipe takes several hours! Nevertheless, it does sound great and I am trying it now -- preparing it for grilling tomorrow. Hoping these burgers are delicious!
