Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
1 Onion minced
1 Cup Cashew
1 Cup Green Beans trimmed
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil or water

Directions:

1. Heat the oil or water in a small frying pan.

2. Cook the onion slowly over moderately low heat, stirring frequently, until very soft - about 5-7 minutes.

3. Steam the green beans over boiling water until just tender, about 10 minutes.

4. Place the onion, beans and the remaining ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

5. Transfer the pate to a serving bowl and serve immediate.

6. The pate can be refrigerated, but bring it to room temperature before serving.
