Ingredients:

2 Cups Flour unsifted
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder plus 1 teaspoon
2 Tablespoons Sugar Brown
4 Tablespoons Shortening (NO substitutions - only shortening!)
1 Egg , beaten in cup

Directions:

1. Fill the cup with milk.

2. Add to the dry ingredients. Roll and cut. Fold in half and butter.

3. Let rise 1/2 hour and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
