Yellow Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Onion medium, chopped
4 Yellow Squash sliced
4 Ounces Green Chili Peppers (1 can)
10 Crackers crushed

Directions:

1. In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.

2. Saute squash and onion until crisp-tender.

3. Remove from the heat; stir in chilies, crackers, and salt and pepper.

4. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cheese.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
